All of these photographs were shot on a variety of black and white, color negative, and color transparencies. The square images are 6x6 medium format, taken with a Yashica 635 TLR that features an 80mm f3.5 Yashinon lens. The rectangular photographs were shot on 6x9 medium format with the Mamiya Press Super 23; some of the shots feature the Mamiya-Sekor 100mm f3.5 as a standard lens or the Mamiya-Sekor 65mm f6.3 for wide angle work. All of these photographs were shot without a light meter (using exposure tables I put together based on the sunny 16 rule) and hand-developed by me in my bathroom using D76 for the black and white, Unicolor C41 for color negative, and Unicolor E6 for the color transparencies. I also conduct creative experiments from time to time and cross-process (processing certain films in different chemicals for creative effect) some of my color/transparency films to achieve a certain creative look.
